$150-Million Project & Priceless Advancements
Bowling Green is the metropolitan hub of South Central Kentucky. The city has launched a more than $150 million downtown redevelopment project, with a new park, state-of-the-art ballpark and a performing arts center as cornerstones of the project. This multi-million dollar project represents the commitment the region has to advancement and to quality of life.

Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce
The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce opened its new building, worth $4 million, in June 2007. Representing the Chamber’s commitment to downtown redevelopment, the new building features state-of-the-art meeting spaces and technology.

Circus Square Park
Circus Square Park opened in summer 2008 and features a downtown green space and a renovated facility that will become home to the DRA and the Bowling Green Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. The park is home to a free summer musical showcase titled Concerts in the Park, as well as other festivals and celebrations.

Bowling Green Ballpark
Home to the Bowling Green Hot Rods, this multi-million-dollar ballpark opened in April 2009. The Hot Rods will join the Class A Midwest League in 2010 and are currently affiliated with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
